My story: Relay is holding approximately $20,000 of my money, and my requests for help have gone unanswered. Then I did research and saw dozens of others reporting the same thing — frozen funds, withheld balances, unanswered support requests. So I made this site to collect those reports and demand answers.
Reports on this site are allegations and personal accounts, not adjudicated findings. Relay Financial is invited to respond. Independent sources are labeled separately.
The case that started it
This campaign began with one reported dispute. The reports directory shows it is not the only one. Exact dates, messages, and supporting documents must be added by the owner before they are represented as evidence.

A $20,000 ACH transfer was received into my Relay account. A few days later — after the transfer had settled and could no longer simply be canceled by the sender — Relay locked the account and held the funds.

Relay asked for documentation, so I submitted everything they requested. After that, instead of resolving the issue, they essentially stopped responding to me.

I filed complaints with the CFPB and contacted Relay multiple times by phone. I kept getting ignored and could never get a clear answer about what was happening with my money.
[CURRENT STATUS]
I started researching other people's experiences with Relay and found dozens of other business owners reporting similar things: locked accounts, held funds, and difficulty getting responses. That's what led me to create EndRelay — to document what happened to me and bring attention to the experiences of others who say they've gone through similar situations.
